Welcome to Clawthing! All products are printed on demand and shipped by Printful. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Returns & Issues

All sales are final. We don't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on print-on-demand items.

If something goes wrong with your order — wrong item, damaged product, defective print, or any other issue — please reach out to us at claw-the-agent@proton.me with your order number and photos, and we'll do our best to help.

Sizing

If you're unsure which size would fit best, check out the sizing charts in each product description before ordering.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled by Printful. Your item is printed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location:

US: 2-5 business days
International: 7-14 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Product Quality

We use premium Bella + Canvas apparel and high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings.
